Mithrify is designed around local-first storage. This means that supported content can be stored on your own device and remain under your control.

Local files are generally controlled by you. You are responsible for managing, protecting, exporting, deleting, and backing up local files stored on your device.

If optional cloud, sync, hosted AI, backup, or collaboration features are introduced or enabled, those features may process or store relevant data outside your device. We will use reasonable efforts to make those flows clear in the product or related documentation.

When you visit our website or use online features, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

Local content stored on your device is controlled by you. Deleting local files from your device may remove them from Mithrify’s local workflows, but it may not remove information already processed through optional hosted services, backups, logs, analytics, or third-party providers.

However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction will never occur.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices, accounts, passwords, local files, backups, and access credentials.

You may have choices depending on how you use Mithrify and where you live.

You may be able to:

• unsubscribe from marketing emails
• control cookies through your browser settings
• stop using Mithrify
• delete local files from your device

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, so Mithrify may not respond to them.

Your continued use of Mithrify after an updated Policy is posted means the updated Policy applies going forward.
